He has a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
He is a strong advocate that all businesses can continually improve and learn – look outside the box.
He has worked as an assessor for Excellence South West since 2000.
He is an active member of the local community association and in particular the development of the community centre.
He has for the past eight years help organise and run a young peoples amateur dramatic group (aged 7+) producing and stage managing two major shows each year.
He enjoys most sports both participating and spectating – his next challenge is the Great North Run in September 2007.
