The leadership programme

The leadership programme will consist of 20 hours of leadership development over five days between 09:00 and 13:00. The programme covers all the leadership actions needed in today’s challenging business environment, including, but not limited to, learning, strategy, creativity, goals, time, emotions, motivation, change, communication and responsibility. Each day commences with a group discussion on the book and film which participants review prior to the cruise followed by a three-hour module on one of the 10 actions. Individual mentoring sessions will be available during the afternoon as well as the ship’s entertainment programme. This programme is ideal for those about to take on a leadership role or those wishing to improve their current leadership capability. Each delegate will be awarded with a 10/10 recognition for having completed the ten-part programme. Upon arrival in New York, guests will be able to extend their holiday or fly back to the UK that evening. Our travel partner can assist with individual itineraries.

The government has set up a new Leadership and Management Advisory Service (LMAS) to help eligible employers identify and fund development opportunities for their senior leaders. The aim of the service is to foster the leadership and management skills of senior staff so they can make full use of their workforce and accelerate the growth of their business. To be eligible for a grant of up to £1,000 towards this leadership cruise your business must be in England and have between two to 249 full-time equivalent employees and have potential for high or fast growth.
